HR updates · September 15, 2026

Cigna Gold: employee coinsurance is 50% for applicable covered out-of-network services after the applicable deductible. Service-specific exceptions, including emergency care, still apply.
Kaiser Blue and Gold: Plus benefits include specified non-plan-provider services with a combined annual 20-service/visit limit. Prescription limits are separate; this is not general out-of-network coverage.
Kaiser Gold mail order: use the applicable percentage coinsurance and plan conditions, not twice a retail copay.
Hearing aids: HR directs Cigna members to Start Hearing at 888-304-8539. Kaiser Red adult hearing-aid coverage still needs HR/Kaiser confirmation because the supplied documents conflict.
